What Youβll Do
π― Own the full sales cycle: from outbound lead generation and inbound leads to signed contract and smooth handoff.
π€ Manage and grow client relationships - spot upsell opportunities, stay close to accounts, and build trust.
π Actively generate new business via LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, events, and partnerships.
π§© Understand client problems and pitch tailored solutions (not generic service lists or staff augmentation).
π§° Take full ownership of your work - be ready to adapt to the US time zones for meetings when needed, stay accountable, and deliver without excuses.
What Weβre Looking For

4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in custom software development or digital agencies.

Fluent English (C1+ level or higher) - confident in both written and verbal communication.

Proven success in selling to US-based clients - you understand their mindset and buying behavior.

A strong closer - you know how to navigate deals, build urgency, and seal agreements.

Creative and solution-driven - you love solving business problems, not pushing cookie-cutter offers.

Self-starter - you donβt wait for detailed task description. You bring initiative, ideas, and action.
