Cowchain blockchain development company is actively looking for Resource Manager to join our development team.

About us:

Cowchain have successfully completed 120+ projects mainly on EVM-based blockchains such as Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base including Coinmarketcap leaders with 180M+ total capitalization and 20M+ daily trading volume in Move2Earn, Play2Earn and DeFi industries.

We are looking for an experienced Resource Manager to manage and optimize resource allocation within our team. If you have an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and strive for efficiency, this role is for you!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Team Allocation: Effectively allocate available team members to projects based on their expertise, past experience, and current schedule.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily project operations and related resource assignments.
• Capacity Planning: Plan workforce capacity to ensure the company has enough resources to support future projects.
• Workload Monitoring: Track and manage employee workload, utilization rates, and overtime.
• Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts related to resource allocation.
• Gap Addressing: Address resource gaps through effective resource management methods, such as reallocating personnel or increasing staff, and notify senior leadership of any challenges that could impact client deliverables due to resource limitations.
• PM Support: Assist project managers in handling resource-related issues and help to enhance resource management processes.
• Strategic Awareness: Stay informed about all active and upcoming projects, as well as business development efforts, in order to plan resource allocation effectively.
• HR Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team on matters such as staff training, compensation and benefits, payroll, and recruitment for project needs.
• Record Keeping: Keep thorough records of processes, such as producing weekly reports on resource utilization.

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• A deep understanding of resource management processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Understanding of resource management (e.g., working hours, roles in the IT market);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions.
• The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
