Customer Support and Client Happiness Manager, Photo Studio NYC (C1+ English) to $1500

Salary: $1 500 / month (start) + performance raises

Location & Hours: Full-remote, align with 08:00–20:00 EST (monitored shifts; two short weekend check-ins)

What you’ll do

  • Be the voice of the studio—answer calls, WhatsApps, and emails with empathy and flawless C1+ English.
  • Convert inquiries into bookings: explain packages, set expectations, take payments.
  • Own the calendar: coordinate photographers, MUAHs, and retouchers in Trello / Google Workspace.
  • Triage retouching tweaks (crop, AI-extend, compress, deliver) in Photoshop/Canva/Figma.
  • Keep Zendesk macros and FAQs fresh; flag patterns to the team.

 

Must-haves

  • 1 + yr in live chat / phone support (B2B or creative services preferred).
  • Confident spoken & written English; comfort on daily Zoom calls with NYC executives.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop layers, Generative Fill, Canva Smart-Resize, and prompting ChatGPT/Midjourney.
  • Calm under deadline; customer-first mindset.

 

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic retouching/colour-grading portfolio.
  • Familiarity with Calendly, Stripe, and US public holidays.
