Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced iGaming Recruiter who knows how to find top talent in a competitive market and has a strong background in closing remote marketing roles — especially in Latin America.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide.
🔎Requirements:
2+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in the gambling/iGaming industry;
Proven track record of closing marketing roles
Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher);
Strong headhunting and direct sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Telegram sourcing, and niche job boards;
Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
Take full ownership of hiring marketing and operations roles in the gambling vertical;
Work closely with hiring managers to define job profiles and hiring strategies;
Source, screen, and engage candidates globally — with a focus on Latin American markets;
Write and post compelling job descriptions, proactively hunt in niche communities (LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards);
Manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle — from first contact to offer and onboarding;
Keep ATS and recruitment dashboards organized and up to date;
Track market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity.
