What you will do:
💡 Tasks related to process optimization
💡 Development and oversight of project growth strategies within the company
💡 Supervision of account infrastructure setup in Delivery platforms
💡 Division of the company into parent and subsidiary structures (access management, workspaces, chats, meetings, etc.)
💡 Process analysis and identification of bottlenecks
💡 Building models to analyze department workload and monitor resource allocation
💡 Establishing a flexible KPI structure across departments
👉 Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian language is mandatory
