We’re expanding our new‑business team and are looking for a Sales & Lead Generation Manager who will own the top of our revenue funnel and keep it full of qualified Amazon‑brand owners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, research and engage Amazon sellers on Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, Upwork, email and other channels.
- Build highly‑targeted contact lists and craft personalised first‑touch messages (cold email, InMail, DMs).
- Launch, test and iterate outbound campaigns; track open/response rates and continuously raise KPIs.
- Own the lead dashboard in Google Sheets / CRM - no lead left behind.
- Monitor funnel metrics (MQL→SQL→deal) and surface bottlenecks to the Head of grows.
- Maintain spotless records in our CRM; score and route Sales‑Qualified Leads (SQLs) to the closers with clear context and next‑step recommendations.
- Share weekly insights with marketing so we can refine our ICP and messaging.
- Partner with other specialists to align outreach with our service strengths and case studies.
Requirements:
Must‑have experience & technical skills
- 1-2 years in outbound sales, SDR/BDR or lead‑gen role (agency or SaaS is a plus).
- Hands-on experience in personalized customer prospecting, including cold emails and social media (e.g. Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn).
- Proven track record of booking meetings from scratch.
- Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Solid English (B1 +): you can chat with US/EU founders without difficulty.

- Critical thinker who tests hypotheses and backs decisions with data.
- Clear communicator who writes concise outreach and status updates.

Would be a plus:
- Understanding of Amazon / e‑commerce ecosystem and seller pain points.
- Experience selling marketing, advertising or performance‑based services.
