Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic User Acquisition Manager to manage and optimize the full cycle of digital ad campaigns for AIstats. You will work across a variety of platforms, including Meta and TikTok, to drive user acquisition and growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-impact marketing creatives and continuously analyze and optimize performance metrics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attracting users through paid advertising in social networks.
  • Development and implementation of strategies for purchasing mobile applications - web2app, web2web.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and optimizing costs.
  • Interacting with analytical tools to collect and interpret data.
  • Managing multiple projects and tasks under time constraints.

     

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in User Acquisition or a related field.
  • Experience with analytical tools (Adjust, BI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions based on data.
  • A solid understanding of mobile/web marketing funnels and performance metrics.
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with MMP systems (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer), BI systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and offer clear feedback to team members.
  • Adaptability, a desire to learn, time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher. 
  • A passion for football would be an advantage.
