Junior Full-Stack Developer Offline

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Full-Stack Developer (MERN) to join our team. 

Requirements:

• At least 3-6 months of hands-on industry experience.
• Proven experience in full-stack development, building scalable end-to-end applications.
• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and solid proficiency in React.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB; 
• Understanding of backend API development, including both monolithic and microservice architectures.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and implementing basic authentication methods.
• Ability to demonstrate previous projects through live websites and public repositories (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Intermediate or higher level of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

A few notes about our projects:

• Mid-sized and large-sized projects with a roadmap of minimum 3-4 months.
• Custom development only using JS and Python 
• NO - Shopify, Wordpress, Landing pages, bug fixes and support phases.
• 80% in-house, 20% outstaff
• Talented and easy-going engineers with huge potential
• Clients primarily from the US (90%), as well as the UK and Germany

Hiring process:
Stage 1 - HR interview 
Stage 2 - Tech. interview (30 minutes of technical questions + 30 minutes of life coding)
Stage 3 - Final interview
