Affiliate Marketing Manager (TikTok Shop) Offline

We are looking for a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to help us build and scale a high-performing affiliate program focused on the U.S. market. Your core task will be to attract quality TikTok creators, coordinate collaborations, and ensure that each partnership aligns with our brand standards and KPIs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit new, responsible TikTok affiliates with relevant audiences.
  • Evaluate and approve content creators — filtering out low-effort or non-compliant partners.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of current affiliates, with the goal of increasing video and stream output.
  • Build and maintain an affiliate base in Discord, including onboarding and training.
  • Ensure affiliates meet performance KPIs (e.g., number of samples sent, videos published, streams launched).
  • Scale the affiliate program by growing the active base by 20% monthly.
  • Identify and transfer high-performing partners to other marketing or paid media channels.

  • Main focus: Full-cycle affiliate coordination — sourcing, outreach, approval, onboarding, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

 

Areas of Responsibility

  • Attract and onboard TikTok affiliates targeting U.S.-based audiences.
  • Monitor execution quality — ensure content follows creative briefs and does not include misleading claims.
  • Organize and track off-platform payments where applicable.
  • Report on performance and deliver clear KPI tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments: marketing, strategy, and customer service.
