We’re looking for a motivated Engineering Manager to lead, inspire, and scale our cross-functional engineering team. If you’re passionate about building high-performing teams, driving innovation, and delivering scalable software solutions - this role is for you.

 

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor Software and QA Engineers, fostering ownership, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development processes.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, high-performing engineering culture.

 

Delivery Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery ensuring predictable, high-quality execution.
  • Lead and continuously improve Agile practices (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Partner with Product to align priorities, scope, and delivery timelines.
  • Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure clear communication on delivery progress.

 

Technical Awareness

  • Maintain a broad understanding of modern architecture (microservices, SOA, modular systems), SOLID principles, and Domain-Driven Design.
  • Support evaluation of technical proposals in collaboration with Tech Leads.
  • Understand cloud ecosystems (AWS / GCP) at a managerial level.
  • Promote quality standards across CI/CD, testing, documentation, and delivery workflows.

 

Process & Tooling

  • Continuously improve development processes and operational efficiency.
  • Encourage adoption of AI-assisted engineering and QA tools.
  • Ensure teams operate with clarity, structure, and the right tooling.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Maintain transparent communication with Product, Design, and Leadership teams.
  • Align engineering execution with company goals and product roadmap.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience leading Software or QA Engineering teams.
  • Strong background in Agile delivery management and engineering workflows.
  • Solid understanding of modern architecture at a non-hands-on level.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices, testing strategies, and quality frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build and scale high-performance teams.
