Support Manager Offline

◉ Level of English language - B1 and above, knowledge of French language will be a plus;

◉ Ability to work with CRM services for customer support, the ability to configure them;

◉ Experience as a Support Manager will be a plus;

◉ Work in the betting industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

◉ Customer support for technical issues of various kinds;

◉ Communication with payment systems and work with the product team; 

◉ Close interaction with the security service.
