We are looking for an IT recruiter (freelance) for hiring new people for a team for web, mobile, blockchain projects.

What you will manage: 

- Full life cycle recruiting

- Candidate sourcing 

- Communication with candidates

- Research with vacancies promotion channels, work on vacancies postings 

- Form candidates’ database

- Research the market and constantly learn and develop as a recruiter.

What you bring to the role:

- 3+ years work experience as an IT Recruiter

- Experience of leading a full cycle recruitment process 

- Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques 

- Good understanding of IT job market 

- Work experience in interviewing, selecting, negotiating job offers 

- Experience in closing developer vacancies from middle to senior, headhunting 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- English for communication with candidates 

- Will be plus to experience with candidates from another country
