Sales Development Representative (SDR) LinkedIn 

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced SDR who knows how to drive lead generation through LinkedIn and take full ownership of the process. This role is ideal for someone who can manage their own workflow and confidently work with modern sales tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Plan and execute your own outreach strategy on LinkedIn, targeting the right audience and consistently generating qualified leads.
  • Smart Tool Usage: Work with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper, Snovio, Lemlist, Expandi, Dripify etc. Understand why and when to use each tool.
  • Prospect Research: Identify and research potential leads to understand their business needs and how we can bring value.
  • Personalized Outreach: Craft and send highly personalized and engaging messages on LinkedIn to initiate conversations with prospects.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess whether leads are a good fit and clearly explain how our service can help them.
  • Independent Workflow Management: Prioritize tasks, stay organized, and meet your goals without constant supervision.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Monitor your performance using KPIs and report on your progress regularly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively look for ways to improve your approach and increase the quality of leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an independent SDR or in a similar lead generation role with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrable ability for self-management, including independent planning, execution, and prioritization of tasks. Results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong English communication skills (B2+).
  • Understanding of website development processes.
  • Confident proficiency in using various sales and marketing tools relevant to LinkedIn outreach and lead management, with the ability to clearly articulate the strategic reasons for their use.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn’s platform, best practices for outreach, and effective networking techniques.
  • Excellent research and writing skills to craft smart, engaging messages,results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking processes.
