Media Buyer – Retargeting (iGaming) Offline

We are looking for Media Buyer – Retargeting (iGaming) for our partner in the gambling/betting niche.

 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Set up and optimize retargeting campaigns across:
    • traffic sources (e.g., Kadam, PropellerAds, etc.)
    • Facebook Ads
    • Google Ads
  • Segment users and create personalized retargeting funnels.
  • Launch and manage retargeting strategies via Google Display Network, Criteo, AdRoll, and other platforms.
  • Utilize and manage retention channels: email, SMS, push notifications, mobile marketing.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Continuously improve ROI and user retention metrics.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and CRM teams to enhance retargeting effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple fast-paced campaigns and projects simultaneously.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2+ years of proven experience in retargeting, CRM, or performance marketing within high-risk verticals (e.g., gambling, betting, dating).
  • Strong understanding of retargeting mechanics, user behavior segmentation, and funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • digital ad platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic networks;
    • retargeting tools: GDN, Criteo, AdRoll, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of email, push, SMS, and mobile marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Expertise in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-load environment.
  • Knowledge of user acquisition and retention strategies in high-risk verticals is a strong plus.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
