Recruitment Researcher (offline)

The tasks of the Recruitment Researcher are very different, but the sequence of actions is approximately the same. We will expect you:

- Identify and hire the best talent for our clients' teams;
- Learn and apply different sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates;
- Assisting with interview organization, making sure the interview feedback is in place, in a timely manner and in the agreed format;
- Assisting recruiters in daily activities (posting positions, preparing if needed a pipeline);
- Working on company internal and external employer branding;

Our ideal candidate:

- General understanding of the IT market and Recruitment process;
- Experience with and Boolean search (other techniques would be a plus);
- Experience in writing attractive and meaningful pitches;
- Literate written Ukrainian or Russian;
- Intermediate English;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- To be a passionate learner who loves working with people;
- To be a team player who believes in cooperation and compromising;
