Data Analyst
We’re looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join the team behind Javy Coffee - a fast-growing US-based e-commerce company operating in the DTC coffee market. You will become an essential part of their data team, helping scale their analytics infrastructure, improve tracking quality, and drive better decision-making across departments.
This is a long-term remote position, and you'll work closely with developers, marketers, and founders to build a robust, insightful data ecosystem.
About the Product:
Javy Coffee is an innovative and fast-scaling brand in the coffee industry, selling concentrated coffee products online through its own platform and marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart. The company is highly data-driven and focuses on customer retention, conversion rate optimization, and marketplace expansion.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Solid background in e-commerce analytics.
- Strong understanding of data instrumentation and experience managing large and complex datasets.
- Proficient in using Amplitude for connecting with developers, data integration, and dashboard creation.
- Expertise in creating and managing dashboards and data visualization tools.
- Ability to identify and investigate abnormal data patterns, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with integrating data from secondary marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of warehouse management principles and experience in structuring efficient data storage solutions.
- Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate).
Nice to have:
- Experience with GTM, webhooks, pixels, Elevar, CRO.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and oversee the company’s data instrumentation, ensuring accurate and efficient data collection, particularly within Amplitude.
- Collaborate closely with developers to facilitate new data source integrations, ensuring smooth and scalable data ingestion processes.
- Design, organize, and maintain intuitive dashboards in Amplitude to provide real-time insights and support data-driven decision-making across departments.
- Proactively monitor data for unusual patterns or anomalies, investigating potential issues and providing actionable insights to prevent or address problems.
- Develop and execute plans to integrate data from secondary marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart, enhancing our market analysis and strategic planning.
- Support scalable data warehousing using Snowflake, DBT, and Fivetran.
