Middle UI/UX Designer ( product company) Offline

We are looking for a candidate for our partner product company - ITFin. 

This product is an automated solution for efficient management of projects, finances, resources, HR, and sales

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer in the fintech or software industry, particularly with SaaS or ERP solutions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes, especially in digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create intuitive and user-friendly designs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for SaaS and ERP applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Design and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design

• English level: Upper-Intermediate
