Trainee Sales Manager to $800 Offline

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and ambitious junior team member who wants to grow in IT sales. This is a great opportunity for those looking to enter the technology industry, learn quickly, and build a career in sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor new incoming leads (both inbound and those generated by our team);
  • Enter all relevant contact and lead data into the CRM system (Pipedrive);
  • Send initial emails to leads and assign them to appropriate sales team members;
  • Participate in team sales communications with potential clients;
  • Plan next steps and schedule follow-ups for leads;
  • Remind sales representatives of their scheduled tasks (daily/weekly);
  • Work in Pipedrive CRM based on given instructions — create lead lists based on specific criteria, re-engage lost contacts, and send follow-up emails.

     

Requirements:

  • English — upper-intermediate or better;
  • Basic understanding of the IT industry;
  • Confident in using Google Docs and Google Sheets;
  • Strong communication skills and a fast learner.

     

Would be a plus:

  • Knowledge of other foreign languages;
  • Sales experience in other fields;
  • Experience with any CRM systems;
  • Experience using LinkedIn for professional purposes.
