β Experience using CRM systems.
β English level β upper-intermediate and higher (both spoken and written).
β Knowledge of Google Analytics.
β Interest in financial markets.
β Great communicator.

β Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast paced and continually changing environment.
β Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
β Support and engage sales and support teams activities in CRM.
β Perform the normal day-to-day administration of CRM.
β Gather, translate, and prioritize business requirements into product capabilities.
β Review and select CRM software that meets our companyβs needs.
β Develop and create customized reports and dashboards.
β Gather userβs feedbacks.
