Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct demo calls for prospected leads
  • Win as many deals as possible
  • Manage CRM (HubSpot) pipeline
  • Provide support to existing clients
  • Foster long-term and strong partnerships with clients
  • Advocate for a win-win approach in all interactions
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, partners, and suppliers, addressing their needs with empathy
  • Upsell to clients
     

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a B2B Customer Success Manager role, preferably within the SaaS industry. from 1 year
  • Extensive knowledge of Upwork and a strong background on the platform
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for identifying client needs and opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Hubspot,
  • Experience with search queries such as Boolean / ElasticSearch
  • Confident and professional communication skills in English. Both verbal and written.
