We're looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our Product Department. 

 

Mission of the Role:

 

To design experiences that make complex things feel simple — and help thousands of businesses around the world run smoother every day. As our Product Designer, your mission is to transform real user needs into intuitive, elegant solutions that bring clarity, speed, and delight to our product. You’ll be a driving force in shaping the future of Precoro — where great design meets smart decisions.

 

What you'll do (responsibilities)

  • Leading design tasks end-to-end — from idea to developer hand-off
  • Continuously improving design solutions based on data and user feedback
  • Designing new features and user flows in collaboration with the product team
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing UI elements with attention to detail
  • Organizing and evolving our UI kit for consistent design communication
  • Conducting competitor and UX research to inform design decisions
    Working on both web and mobile app experiences

 

What we look for (requirements)

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in product design
  • Proven experience working as part of a product team — this is essential
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping
    Solid understanding of UX and UI principles — from wireframes to polished interfaces
  • Experience working with and maintaining design systems
  • Ability to run UX research: user testing, behavior tracking, feedback analysis
  • Comfortable working with UX metrics and making data-driven design decisions
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of quality in both UX and visual design
  • Experience setting up research workflows and smooth collaboration with developers

Hiring Process

Our hiring is quick and straightforward:

  1. Recruiter interview (30–45 minutes)
  2. Test task (4 hours)
  3. Interview with manager (2–4 hours)
