UI/UX Designer Offline

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer who’s eager to grow in Web3 and work on a mix of product interfaces, website design, and branding. You’ll be responsible for designing web interfaces, mobile apps, our company website, and also banners for news, events, product updates, and more. Some tasks will be routine (like banners and content updates), but you’ll also get to work on major projects and design challenges.

Key Responsibilities

🎨 Visual & Branding Assets

✅ Design banners for news, conferences, product updates, partnerships, etc.
✅ Create visuals and graphics for the Stobox website (landing pages, updates, new sections).
✅ Develop brand identity materials: logos, business cards, pitch decks, etc.
✅ Design micro-animations and transitions to enhance UX and visual storytelling.

Requirements

✅ 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
✅ Solid experience designing websites and mobile applications.
✅ Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch.
✅ Basic animation skills (After Effects, Principle, etc.).
✅ Ability to clearly present and defend your design ideas, work with feedback, and meet deadlines.
✅ English level: B1+ – able to read documentation, write comments, and communicate with international team members.
✅ A portfolio link is required – must include examples of web interfaces, banners, and mobile design work.

Nice to Have

🔹 Experience in Web3/RWA or blockchain-related projects.
🔹 Understanding of responsive/adaptive design principles.
🔹 Experience communicating directly with clients or product stakeholders.
