We seek a Junior Recruiter with conversational English skills to help find the best talent and influence the company's success. If you have a high level of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and want to develop in the field of talent recruitment, join a team!
This is a fully remote job.
Responsibilities:
β Sourcing candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, other job boards, social media, etc.).
β Screening and interviewing candidates.
β Coordinating and leading hiring processes from outreach to offer stage.
β Maintaining recruitment reports and updates.
β Representing the company at job fairs and events.
β Collaborate with leadership to define recruitment needs.
β Handle candidate negotiation and closing.
β Provide weekly updates on open positions.
β Maintain a candidate pool for future roles.
β Promote the companyβs employer brand.
Requirements:
β Experience in recruitment and sourcing of at least 6 months preferred (or after professional recruitment courses if you have certification)
β Has experience working with the European and the US market (preferably)
β Upper-Intermediate English
β Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize
β Having experience working with ATS will be a big plus
β High initiative, energy and drive to achieve results.
