We seek a Junior Recruiter with conversational English skills to help find the best talent and influence the company's success. If you have a high level of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and want to develop in the field of talent recruitment, join a team! 

 

This is a fully remote job.

 

Responsibilities:

● Sourcing candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, other job boards, social media, etc.).
● Screening and interviewing candidates.
● Coordinating and leading hiring processes from outreach to offer stage.
● Maintaining recruitment reports and updates.
● Representing the company at job fairs and events.
● Collaborate with leadership to define recruitment needs.
● Handle candidate negotiation and closing.
● Provide weekly updates on open positions.
● Maintain a candidate pool for future roles.
● Promote the company’s employer brand.

Requirements:
● Experience in recruitment and sourcing of at least 6 months preferred (or after professional recruitment courses if you have certification)
● Has experience working with the European and the US market (preferably)
● Upper-Intermediate English
● Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize
● Having experience working with ATS will be a big plus
● High initiative, energy and drive to achieve results.
