HR manager to $4500

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies
  • Source top talent across marketing, sales, IT, and finance departments
  • Build and manage the recruitment team (if applicable)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations
  • Improve employer branding and candidate experience

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in Hr
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques
  • Leadership experience (for Head of HR)
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
