Solution Designer (Generative AI) to $2000

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Solution Designer with a strong technical background and experience in product management to lead the design and implementation of software solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies. You will play a key role in translating business needs into technical solutions, shaping product architecture, and ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and AI experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end software solutions using Generative AI tools, platforms, and models.
• Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and data scientists to shape product vision and delivery.
• Analyze and document system requirements, workflows, and use cases.
• Review and understand code when needed to ensure alignment between design and implementation.
• Participate in change management and ensure traceability of decisions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in Generative AI platforms and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, System Analyst, or Solution Designer in software development projects.
• Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to read and understand code (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and change management.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI mechanisms, tools, and platforms.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with implementing AI-powered features or products.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
