UI/UX Designer to $4000 Offline

Metamindz is a fast-growing UK-based IT software company. We help by providing fractional CTOs as-a-service, building digital products, hiring technical talent, and conducting tech due diligence

We’re now looking for a UI/UX Designer on behalf of one of our clients — someone who’s ready to take ownership, work closely with founders, and design interfaces that balance clarity, creativity, and conversion. If you thrive in startup environments, love designing with purpose, and want to grow fast — this role is for you

You’re a great fit for this role if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience designing web and mobile interfaces (agency, freelance, or startup experience preferred)
• Can manage multiple projects at once and hit deadlines without drama
• Are confident with Figma (auto-layout, variables, and components are your bread and butter)
• Can communicate clearly in English C1+ – written and spoken
• Understand how to work with developers and build handoff-friendly files
• Love collaboration and ownership — no micromanagement, just shared goals

• Are curious, fast-learning, and committed to constantly levelling up

   

Your responsibilities:
You’ll work on multiple client projects at once, delivering high-impact UX/UI solutions for real products. Your role includes:

• User research & wireframing – Turn ideas and problems into structured flows and functional layouts
• UI design & visual systems – Create clean, modern, accessible designs that scale beautifully
• Design strategy – Participate in product discussions, shape features, and offer UX insights
• Design system thinking – Use and build reusable components that speed up delivery and keep things consistent
• Teamwork & feedback – Collaborate with PMs, devs, and founders, sharing and receiving actionable feedback
• Shipping fast – Balance speed and polish to get things live without perfection paralysis
