Business Development Manager Offline

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within fintech, payments or high-risk industries;

• Strong understanding of high-risk merchant verticals and the associated regulatory landscape;

• Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals;

• Strong network and existing relationships with key stakeholders in the financial and payment sectors;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities;

• Experience working with PSPs, payment gateways, acquirers, or ISO/MSPs is a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain partnerships with current providers and expand the cooperation with the new ones;

• Monitor the performance of payment solutions (tracking who is delivering and how, identifying options to optimise the work of current partners);

• Ensure market/regional coverage by payment providers (search of the new solutions, negotiations conducting, new agreements signing);

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to align product offerings with market demands, ensuring that our solutions meet local requirements and preferences;

• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
