Lead Generation Manager / SDR Offline

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Manager / SDR to join our team and drive outbound activity across LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, and Upwork. You’ll work closely with sales and leadership to build scalable outreach processes, generate qualified leads, and experiment with automation tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound prospecting and wants to take ownership of top-of-funnel strategies.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Run and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator and automation tools like Expandi or PhantomBuster
  • Prospect and qualify leads via Upwork, Apollo, and Clay
  • Create and manage lead lists, message sequences, and workflows
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track lead engagement
  • Collaborate with the sales team for hand-offs and strategy refinement
  • Report on outreach performance and suggest improvements

 

 

What we expect:

 

  • 2+ years in SDR, lead generation, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and CRM systems
  • Strong grasp of automation tools (Expandi, PhantomBuster, Clay, etc.)
  • Self-driven, structured, and proactive mindset
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
