Growth Product Manager (Hosting Solutions) Offline

We are a hosting provider with added-value services. We're seeking a growth product expert ready to jump in, elevate our product, and drive meaningful impact within their first quarter on the business development team.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying product-related growth barriers
• Analyzing feedback from sales, clients, and partners to launch relevant changes
• Testing solutions to improve engagement, onboarding, and retention
• Driving initiatives that increase product value for key segments
• Working with tech teams to quickly implement improvements
• Adapting offers and features to market expectations
• Supporting sales in work with high-priority clients
• Finding opportunities to expand product usage/adoption

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management or growth roles, ideally in hosting or IT services
• Strong ability to drive product improvements that directly contribute to sales growth and customer satisfaction

• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) and excellent communication skills to support internal teams and clients
