We're currently looking for a Customer Support Intern who wants to start a career in IT and grow into a CRM Integration Specialist. This is a great opportunity to enter the tech world, even without coding or sales experience — if you're eager to learn, help clients, and grow professionally.

💼 Responsibilities:
- Support clients via chats and phone (no cold calls — only incoming questions);
- Answer client questions, explain CRM functionality and help them use the system;
- Identify and pass technical issues to the dev team;
- Test CRM implementations, collect feedback;
- Conduct short product training sessions for clients.
