We're currently looking for a Customer Support Intern who wants to start a career in IT and grow into a CRM Integration Specialist. This is a great opportunity to enter the tech world, even without coding or sales experience β€” if you're eager to learn, help clients, and grow professionally.

  • Support clients via chats and phone (no cold calls β€” only incoming questions);
  • Answer client questions, explain CRM functionality and help them use the system;
  • Identify and pass technical issues to the dev team;
  • Test CRM implementations, collect feedback;
  • Conduct short product training sessions for clients.
