We’re now looking for a Sales Partner — someone who wants to build, influence, and isn’t afraid to start cold.
What you’ll be doing:
Actively reach out to new potential clients (Founders, CTOs, CEOs).
Experiment with new outreach strategies, channels, and positioning.
Run discovery and sales calls with qualified leads.
Close deals and smoothly hand over to our delivery team.
Keep your pipeline in CRM (we use a simple Airtable-based system).
Test hypotheses, ICPs, and scripts together with the team — your input actually shapes direction.
What we’re looking for:
B2B sales experience — ideally in IT outsourcing, outstaffing, or recruiting.
Hands-on outbound experience — you’re not afraid of rejection or sending 20 cold DMs per day.
Fluent English (B2+ minimum) — comfortable leading sales calls.
Ukrainian is required — we communicate internally in it.
Operator mindset — you don’t just execute tasks, you see the funnel, you test, you track, you grow.
