Senior Financial manager Offline

We’re looking for an experienced and independent Senior Finance Manager to take full ownership of financial reporting across multiple projects and help us build an efficient and scalable accounting system. We need someone who truly understands business economics, is comfortable working with metrics, and can support management with data-driven decision-making.

💼 Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain management reporting for all group projects (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).

• Consolidate data from multiple sources: payment systems, banks, internal platform reports, and marketing spend.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across currencies and PSPs.

• Prepare regular financial reports for management (weekly, monthly).

• Analyze cash flow, profitability, and project-level performance.

• Drive automation and optimization of financial processes (dashboards, BI systems, etc.).

• Take part in budgeting and forecasting activities.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in digital/online businesses.

• Strong understanding of business metrics and financial modeling.

• Proven experience working with P&L and multi-currency cash flow.

• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.

• Structured thinker, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Experience working in fast-paced environments and cross-functional teams.
