Head of Recruitment (offline)

Requirements:
• at least 2 years of experience in recruitment in IT/Digital sphere;
• experience as head of recruitment or in similar role is desirable;
• skills of conducting an initial interview with candidates;
• experience with different recruitment tools, platforms and services;
• strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
• source and attract candidates for Senior and TOP positions;
• lead a team of recruitment professionals;
• analyse the staffing process;
• participate in staffing strategy development for specific projects and positions;
• look for creative and innovative approaches to identify, source and engage candidates.
