Company Overview:
Phokus company is launching a new outsourcing department called CodePhusion (https://www.codephusion.com/). We started active sales in June 2024, targeting small start-ups, small and medium businesses. Our client acquisition will be through Upwork and personal networks.
Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Middle Pro AI developer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader systems and workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and efficiency.
• Assist in the research and adoption of new AI technologies and methodologies.
• Document development processes, results, and innovations.

Requirements:

• Good English proficiency and ability to communicate freely with native speakers.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including hands-on experience with large language models.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI development frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
