Talent Sourcer to $400 Offline

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth sourcing operations and attracting top talent to support our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles;
• Utilize various channels LinkedIn, Djinni, Work.ua, Robota.ua etc to identify and engage passive and active jobseekers;
• Screen and assess candidate profiles, resumes, and applications;
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies;
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; 
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to engage with potential candidates; 
• Understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies; 
• Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn);
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and knowledge of ATS systems or CRM; 
• At least Intermediate level of English;
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies used in recruitment.
