Project Owner (iGaming) Offline

Requirements
- Experience in developing projects in the iGaming industry (media projects, operators, brands, providers).
- Solid understanding of the Live Casino niche: game providers, game mechanics, and player preferences
- Knowledge of monetization methods for content projects
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals: site structure, keyword research, competitive analysis, technical optimization
- Experience in managing and coordinating teams: editors, SEO specialists, designers, content creators
- Skills in A/B testing and working with analytics
- Knowledge of marketing basics and content funnel building in iGaming projects
- Experience with influencer marketing 
- English В2-С1,  fluent Russian 
- Entrepreneurial mindset — ability to identify growth opportunities and turn them into actionable tasks
- Responsibility and proactiveness
- Systematic approach — building processes, timelines, and control mechanisms
- Strong persuasion and leadership skills

Responsibilities
- Developing the media site within the Live Casino segment, driving traffic growth and revenue
- Formulating and implementing strategies for content, marketing, and brand promotion
- Developing and executing a content plan: articles, game reviews, interviews, special projects
- Growing the YouTube channel and other media platforms of the project
- Participating in the localization of the site for new markets (market research, content adaptation)
- Strategic development of partnerships with game studios, platforms, and providers
- Managing and coordinating all team resources involved in the project (seo, content production, marketing)
- Analyzing content and traffic performance, generating and testing growth hypotheses, and preparing regular reports
