Japanese Affiliate Manager (native-level) Offline

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Identify and recruit new affiliates focused on the Japanese market via outreach, affiliate networks, social media, and personal connections.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with affiliates to foster loyalty and ensure consistent performance.
• Set up, negotiate, and manage commission structures (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) aligned with affiliate value and results.
• Monitor affiliate campaign performance daily and proactively optimize for better conversion and ROI.
• Create clear performance reports using Google Sheets, Tableau, or internal tools for stakeholders and partners.
• Use analytical tools (e.g., Ahrefs) to review traffic sources and monitor competitors.
• Analyze market trends and campaign strategies to generate new ideas and uncover growth opportunities.
• Plan and distribute regular newsletters and email updates for affiliates, including promotions and performance insights.
• Work closely with design, content, and product teams to develop engaging, localized promotional materials.
• Ensure all affiliate activities comply with platform policies and local advertising regulations.
• Manage affiliate support tasks — from tracking links and payment inquiries to resource requests.
• Actively participate in relevant online communities and build brand presence through social engagement.
• Contribute ideas for partner promotions, contests, or bonus campaigns to increase engagement.
• Oversee affiliate payment processes: prepare documentation and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely payouts.
• Stay informed about affiliate marketing trends and emerging tools relevant to the Japanese market.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Native-level Japanese (written and spoken) – this is a strict requirement.
• English fluency for communication with the internal team.
• 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the iGaming or gaming sector.
• Strong understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
• Confident with Google Sheets and performance analysis.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work remotely.
• High cultural awareness and respect for Japanese market standards.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking

🎯 Nice to Have

• Existing network of Japanese affiliates or media partners.
• Experience with LINE, Twitter, YouTube, or other Japanese platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Ahrefs or Similarweb.
