Middle Account Manager Offline

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Take full ownership of client accounts, acting as the main contact and ensuring satisfaction and performance
  • Manage promotions and campaigns, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports
  • Communicate with clients (email, Skype, Telegram), addressing their needs and providing timely solutions
  • Use market research and competitor insights to shape client-focused offers and solutions
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Jira) and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams

     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in account management, ideally in iGaming or Tech, with strong client-facing skills
  • Solid understanding of account goals, revenue targets, and gaming KPIs
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Jira), Excel, and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
  • Strong ownership mindset, high attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to take initiative

Nice to have:

  • B2B iGaming account management experience
  • Familiarity with MGA, GLI, iTechLabs certifications, and compliance standards.
