Junior Python ML Developer

We are seeking a Junior innovative Prompt Engineer and RAG Specialist to join our AI team. In this role, you will design and implement state-of-the-art solutions combining Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. You will be at the forefront of AI innovation, crafting scalable, intelligent systems that enhance the accuracy, relevance, and utility of AI-generated responses in a variety of applications.

What you’ll be working on:

• Collaborate with team members
• Integrate Vector Databases with LLMs
• Design prompts and query strategies
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Pipelines
• Write clean, well-documented code following best practices.

Experience that will help you to do the job:

• Proficiency in Python and knowledge of its frameworks like FastAPI/Django
• Understanding the architecture and functionality of LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, or T5)
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques
• Hands-on experience with vector search technologies such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus, or Vespa
• Experience designing RAG pipelines
• Experience with embedding libraries like SentenceTransformers, OpenAI Embeddings, or Cohere Embeddings
• Basic understanding of Git for code collaboration.

Experience that will be a plus:

• Some exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Awareness of deploying models using Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks (nice to have)
• Ability to create data visualizations using tools like Matplotlib or Seaborn
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from others.
