  • Build clean, impactful dashboards and reports in Tableau and other BI tools, always keeping the end user in mind;
  • Lead deep-dive analyses across lifecycles and cohorts to uncover what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next;
  • Evaluate affiliate performance and suggest scaling, renegotiation, or removal based on real ROI and LTV insights;
  • Analyze cross-platform and cross-product trends β€” surfacing revenue gaps, optimization opportunities, and early risks;
  • Own and evolve KPI frameworks across metrics like Deposits, GGR, ARPU, Retention Rate, Conversion, and Bonus impact;
  • Build forecasting models to support spending planning, revenue projections, and customer lifetime value (LTV) estimates;
  • Monitor and respond to data fluctuations and anomalies β€” get to the why before it becomes a problem;
  • Translate complex data into strategic recommendations β€” from insight to action; you make it make sense;
  • Partner with product teams to evaluate new features, track adoption, and measure impact;
  • Support campaign analytics, attribution modeling, and user segmentation for marketing teams;
  • Help build a unified source of truth β€” ensuring data quality, consistent KPIs, and clear documentation;
  • Foster a data-first culture by educating teams on tools, dashboards, and how to make data part of everyday thinking.


🧭 What makes you a great match

  • 4+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Product Analyst or similar role;
  • You combine business intuition with deep technical chops, and always think beyond the numbers;
  • Advanced SQL skills and a knack for making sense of large, messy, real-world datasets;
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI;
  • Familiar with key iGaming metrics and concepts: LTV, CPA, GGR, churn, RTP, payback, bonus mechanics, etc;
  • Strong communication skills β€” you’re just as comfortable presenting to stakeholders as you are writing a clean query;
  • A proactive, curious mindset β€” you’re always two steps ahead of the question;
  • Confident working across product, marketing, affiliate, and operational teams to drive alignment and impact.
