We are an independent studio with 10 years of experience in outsourced development for large-scale multiplayer games. Weβre currently focusing on growing two of our own projects on Roblox and Fortnite. Weβre looking for a versatile game designer to lead the systematic improvement of both titles β enhancing retention, progression, economy, onboarding, and engagement for an audience aged 8β18.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing current game systems and identifying growth opportunities
- Balancing game economy, progression, and rewards
- Improving player onboarding and retention systems
- Preparing clear game design documentation and tasks for the team
- Tracking key metrics (D1/D7, LTV) and optimizing performance
- Adapting game systems to the specifics of Roblox and Fortnite audiences
Who are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in game design (F2P, mobile, or UGC platforms)
- Strong knowledge of Roblox and Fortnite platforms and their player base
- Solid experience in systems design and game economy balancing
- Ability to write clear documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Basic analytical skills and understanding of key performance metrics
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
