Now, we’re looking for a dedicated Digital Marketer to help us scale by developing and implementing digital marketing strategy.

Required Skills:

• At least 5 year of experience in a similar position (IT Outsourcing);
• Marketing, channels, and metrics expert;
• Expert GA4 (Google Analytics);
• Expert in technical copywriting (IT);
• SEO expert;
• Fluent English (C1+);
• Creativity and ability to generate new ideas;
• Quick learning skills and the ability to integrate new knowledge into work;

• Initiative and strong communication skills.

   

Responsibilities:

• Administration of the company’s website and social media accounts;
• Delegation of copywriting tasks and collaboration with freelancers and agencies;
• Publishing new articles, projects, and presentations;
• Implementing changes on the website;
• Communicating with technical staff to gather information for materials (articles, posts).
• Leading or participating in marketing research;
• Preparing promotional materials for webinars and events;
• Development of GTM strategies and creating Value Propositions;
• Setting up automated email sequences in mailing tools;
• Collaborating with development teams, designers, and SEO specialists;
• Conducting performance analysis of marketing channels.

Desired:

• Created from scratch or led a marketing department
• IT outsourcing company experience
• Digital product company experience
• Education in Computer Science and/or Biology/Chemistry/Biotech/Physics
• Understanding of AI and MedTech/Biotech industries
