Our Product Design team is on the hunt for a Product Designer with a keen interest in the Fintech sector. This role is ideal for designers passionate about creating seamless, user-centered financial solutions. As a Product Designer, you'll be integral in transforming complex financial services into intuitive and accessible digital products. The perfect candidate will possess a robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, a thorough understanding of design systems, and experience working within the fintech industry or similar fields. You'll collaborate closely with both our business analysis and development teams to ensure our digital payment and investment solutions meet high usability and design standards. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong analytical ability and experience with data analysis.
• Experience conducting A/B tests.
• Strong problem-solving ability and creativity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and timelines. 

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.
• Incorporate feedback and adjust designs accordingly.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
• Analyze data from various sources to inform design decisions and validate design concepts.
• Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions and optimize user experiences.
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Develop unique design solutions that differentiate the product from competitors.

Will be a plus: 

• Knowledge of fintech/banking/investment domains. 
• Experience working within regulations & compliance (PSD2, etc).
