Email marketing specialist
Role Overview: We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive high-performing email campaigns that align with business goals. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end email marketing process - from planning and content coordination to testing and optimization - while also contributing to the launch of new communication channels.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan, prepare, and launch email campaigns based on business objectives
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce campaign content
- Build responsive email templates and automated campaign workflows
- Create and manage audience segments for targeted communication
- Conduct regular email health checks (delivery rate, spam score, inbox placement) and clean contact lists
- Track and improve core email metrics such as open rate, click rate, and conversion
- Run A/B and split tests to optimize email performance and test new hypotheses
- Assist in implementing additional communication channels (push, SMS, messengers, etc.)
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing
- Familiarity with best practices in email marketing
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io
- Basic understanding of audience segmentation and email performance metrics
- Experience using template builders for responsive design
- iGaming experience is a plus but not required
- English B2 and above
Nice-to-have:
- Basic design skills (Figma, Canva)
- Basic analytics skills (Google Analytics, Amplitude)
- Familiarity with other messaging channels like push notifications, SMS, and messengers
- Experience working with different geo-localizations or language markets
