We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Chief Operating Officer to ensure seamless execution of operational processes, optimize business performance, and implement growth strategies across a fast-scaling manufacturing company. The COO will be accountable for improving productivity, reducing costs, scaling business operations, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration across departments, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market expansion.

 

Job to be done:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic plans, ensuring they align with business objectives and drive growth. Lead the execution of business strategies, facilitating organizational scaling and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee and optimize all operational processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and eliminate bottlenecks. Drive the digitalization and automation of key business functions, including the integration of modern IT systems such as ERP and CRM.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and monitor financial performance, ensuring company goals are met. Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality, and ensure the company remains financially sound.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across all departments.
  • Customer and Partner Management: Strengthen relationships with current partners and explore new opportunities for collaboration. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure high-quality standards.
  • Market and Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements, ensuring the company remains competitive and adaptable to market demands.

Experience & Skills we are looking for:

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in operations leadership positions
  • 2+ years as COO or similar executive role in a production, logistics, service, or construction company
  • Proven track record in B2B environments with physical products.
  • Experience working with international partners or foreign offices 
  • Industry focus: manufacturing, industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

Skills

  • Operational Expertise: Strong background in optimizing production, supply chain, marketing, and sales processes with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing large projects, budgeting, and setting KPIs.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to motivate teams, manage change, and handle HR matters.
  • Business & Communication: Effective communicator with teams, clients, and stakeholders. Experienced in financial management and driving operational improvements.
