Project Manager/Business Analyst Offline

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and success criteria
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Manage and mitigate risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure timely delivery, within scope and budget
• Conduct sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups (Agile/Scrum or hybrid approaches)
• Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and specifications
• Collaborate with design and development teams to shape feasible solutions
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessments
• Support QA and UAT processes with test cases, documentation, and validation

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in software or IT environments
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Solid background in business and system analysis, ideally within software projects
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, or similar
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

As A Plus

• Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile PM is a plus
• Familiarity with software architecture or API documentation
• Experience in client-facing roles or in custom software development environments
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and QA processes
