We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and help shape the future of a cutting-edge Supply Chain Planning & Automation SaaS platform. In this role, you'll play a critical part in building and maintaining highly scalable, secure, and robust AWS cloud infrastructure, supporting global enterprise clients.

You’ll be part of the engineering team, collaborating closely with software developers, and contributing to automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code efforts. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with deep AWS expertise (VPC, EC2, IAM, EKS, Fargate, S3, etc.)
• Proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance (SOC2 experience a plus)
• Solid Linux administration skills and troubleshooting experience
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, Elasticsearch, and Grafana
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• PostgreSQL or other database performance monitoring skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure
• Build and manage deployment pipelines for AWS and Salesforce
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to define deployment and infrastructure requirements
• Implement and improve monitoring and alerting using Grafana, Elasticsearch, etc.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis
• Build operational tools to streamline system administration and support
• Contribute to cost optimization and infrastructure efficiency
• Write and maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment procedures

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps/integration
• Familiarity with SOC2 audit processes
• Experience with additional cloud providers (e.g., Azure)
• AWS certification preferred
