We’re looking for an ambitious Product Designer to own and drive the entire product design function at Aligned.

🚀 Your superpower? Deep user empathy and the ability to craft a product experience that hooks from the first click.

Your skills:

• 4+ years of experience designing mobile and web products
• Strong in both visual and UX design
• Skilled in building and maintaining design system architecture
• Comfortable working fast and independently in uncertainty
• Able to prototype quickly and validate ideas via usability testing
• Portfolio with end-to-end design examples (mobile-first focus)
• English level: B2

Bonus points:

• Experience designing conversational AI interfaces
• Familiar with Rive
• Comfortable with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe, Recraft)
• UX writing sensibility and brand/marketing design experience

What you’ll do:

• Run user interviews and usability tests to validate ideas
• Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma
• Push creative boundaries for an innovative consumer AI product
• Own all things UI/UX: screens, illustrations, micro-animations, prototypes
• Design and improve core product flows
• Set up and refine internal design processes

Team: A small product team. You'll work closely with the CEO and Engineering Lead.
