Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist Offline
Peachy is a digital product studio focused on helping eCommerce brands scale smarter. We design and build high-converting websites — and now we’re looking for a CRO Specialist with a sharp eye for UX, deep eComm experience, and a proven ability to boost performance through data and experimentation.
You’ll work closely with our design and dev teams across various Shopify and WordPress client projects, helping identify bottlenecks, optimize funnels, and increase AOV and conversion rates across the board.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, specifically with Shopify, and familiarity with common pain points and templates.
- Proven success using tools like Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely or Convert.
- Mastery of Google Analytics (GA4) and session replay tools like Hotjar or Clarity.
- Experience interpreting Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and other paid channel data for CRO insights.
- Excellent understanding of funnel strategy, LTV optimization, and landing page principles.
- Ability to generate hypotheses, design meaningful experiments, and explain your results.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct CRO audits of eCommerce sites (primarily Shopify), identifying UX and funnel friction.
- Use tools like GA4, Hotjar and Meta Ads Manager to analyze user behavior and traffic flow.
- Plan and run A/B tests, personalization strategies, and split tests to improve CVR, AOV, checkout completion, bounce rate, and more.
- Optimize PDPs, collection pages, landing pages, forms, and full-funnel experiences.
- Create CRO roadmaps for clients with short- and long-term strategies.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to bring test variations and UX updates to life.
