What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to gather vacancy requirements and create ideal candidate profiles
  • Writing and publishing job descriptions across various platforms
  • Actively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, Telegram, forums, and other channels
  • Screening resumes and evaluating candidates' fit
  • Conducting HR interviews and presenting the company and role professionally
  • Validating experience and competencies against position requirements
  • Preparing candidate summaries and supporting them through all recruitment stages
  • Attending technical interviews and collecting feedback
  • Managing candidate communication and maintaining engagement
  • Preparing and sending offers, assisting with onboarding
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics and suggesting improvements

     

 What we expect:

 

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • Minimum 6 months of experience hiring IT specialists
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with CRM or ATS systems
  • High level of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines
  • Analytical thinking and goal-oriented mindset
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
