Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your actions directly impact the success of the team? We’re looking for a Recruiter who is passionate about sourcing and hiring exceptional talent — and wants to grow within a dynamic recruitment department of 15+ professionals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to gather vacancy requirements and create ideal candidate profiles
- Writing and publishing job descriptions across various platforms
- Actively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, Telegram, forums, and other channels
- Screening resumes and evaluating candidates' fit
- Conducting HR interviews and presenting the company and role professionally
- Validating experience and competencies against position requirements
- Preparing candidate summaries and supporting them through all recruitment stages
- Attending technical interviews and collecting feedback
- Managing candidate communication and maintaining engagement
- Preparing and sending offers, assisting with onboarding
Tracking recruitment funnel metrics and suggesting improvements
What we expect:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Minimum 6 months of experience hiring IT specialists
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with CRM or ATS systems
- High level of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical thinking and goal-oriented mindset
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
